About the Job
Full time Delivery Associates are typically scheduled for four 10 hour shifts per week. Besides driving, you will be stopping over 200 times a day and delivering packages weighing up to 50 lbs each to the customers door. Make no mistake, this is a physically demanding job.
We have 3 core expectations of our team members: Safety, Reliability & Delivery Quality.
1. Prioritize Safety
2. Arrive to work on time and work your scheduled shifts (reliability).
3. Get the package to the customer and represent Amazon with a smile.
We operate 7 days a week, 362 days a year. We ask that you be flexible with your schedule and work a variety of shifts when you start. Merit and ability ranking will allow you to set your schedule as you gain experience in your role.
Compensation & Benefits
· $18.75 per hour starting pay with advancement opportunities.
